Directions : Hot Tea: One Cup: Pour boiling water over tea bag in a cup and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Three Cups: Place one tea bag in a teapot. Add 2 measure cups (16 oz) of boiling water. Steep 5 minutes. Six Cups: Double above quantities. You can serve this tea as is or with sugar or honey. Iced Tea: One Quart: Place 4 tea bags in a teapot. Add 1 quart (4 measuring cups) of boiling water. Steep 10 minutes. Stir. Pour into ice filled glasses. Serve with sugar and lemon. One tea bag of this fine tea brewed 5 minutes in a teapot with 3 cups of boiling water - makes three cups. Sugar brings out the flavor of oranges.
