Directions : For a delicious and nutritious hot breakfast cereal, bring 3 cups water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup Bob,s Red Mill 8 Grain Cereal and turn heat down. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes enough for four hungry folks. Serve with honey and milk. Also great with fruit and/or nuts.
