Directions : Bring water and salt to a boil. Add Steel Cut Oats, reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes (longer for creamier oatmeal). Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.
Serving recommendation : The naturally rich and nutty flavor of oats will complement anything you throw atop them.
