Ingredients : Organic Oat bran

Flavor : oat bran

Directions : Add 1/4 tsp salt to 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Slowly stir 2/3 cup oat bran into the boiling water and cook approximately 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 minutes.

Serving recommendation : Oat bran also can be added to baked goods, such as muffins and breads, to increase the nutritional value and add a delightfully nutty flavor.
