Directions : Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Preparation directions: 1. Heat water to boiling, add butter or margarine and salt. 2. Remove from heat, add cold milk. 3. Add potato flakes, stir gently, fluff with a fork. Do not whip! *For creamier mashed potatoes, add additional hot water or milk. For thicker mashed potatoes, add more flakes.
