Directions : YOU WILL NEED:
4 medium carrots, cut into 1 ½” pieces (about 2 cups)
2 large potatoes, cut into 1 ½” pieces (about 2 cups)
2 lb. beef for stew cut into 1 ½” pieces Slow cooker (6-qt. size recommended)
COOKS IN 7-8 HRS. ON LOW OR 4-5 HRS. ON HIGH
1. LAYER carrots and potatoes in slow cooker. Top with beef. Pour sauce over beef.
2. COVER & COOK on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork-tender. (Or cook on HIGH 4 to 5 hours). Let stand 10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Stir before serving.
