For moister rice, use 1/4 cup more water.Servings (3/4 cup cooked) - 4 - 8 - 12:Rice - 1 cup - 2 cups - 3 cups.Water - 1 1/2 cups - 3 cups - 4 1/2 cups.Yield - 3 cups - 6 cups - 9 cups.Cooking directions on the stove.1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.*2. Stir in rice.**3. Cover reduce heart and simmer for 15 minutes or until all water is absorbed.**Add 1 tbsp tub margarine and 1 tsp salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired.Cooking directions in the microwave***.1.
