PHILLY CHEESESTEAK SKILLET
Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 medium green and/or red bell peppers, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 package Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff
1 lb. thinly sliced roast beef OR leftover sliced steak
4 ounces provolone or American cheese
Preparation
- Heat 1 tablespoon oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet and cook green peppers and onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 6 minutes. Remove pepper mixture from skillet and set aside.
- Prepare Knorr Pasta Sides - Stroganoff in same skillet covered, according to package directions. Top with roast beef, then cheese. Arrange pepper mixture around edge of skillet. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Serve in skillet.
