Easy Prep Directions

Knorr Sauce Mixes are easy to prepare--simply mix well with the directed number of cups of water and heat over the stove for the directed number of minutes. Serve over your favorite dishes.

Recipe Idea: Roasted Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 package Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Spread
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Arrange asparagus in roasting pan; drizzle with olive oil. Roast 12 minutes or until asparagus are crisp-tender.

2. Meanwhile, blend Knorr Hollandaise Sauce Mix with milk in 1-quart saucepan. Add spread. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

3. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until slightly thickened.

4. To serve, pour sauce over asparagus.
