Directions : 1. Grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency if not already ground. 2. Measure out 1-2 tablespoons of ground coffee per six ounces of water. 3. Pour hot water (ideally between 195-205°F) over the coffee grounds. 4. Allow the coffee to steep for 20-30 seconds before stirring. 5. Steep for an additional 3-4 minutes, depending on desired strength. 6. Strain the coffee to remove grounds. 7. Serve and enjoy.
