Directions : Pour sauce evenly over fish or peeled shrimp in greased baking dish. Bake fish is 425 degree F oven 10 - 20 min. per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with fork. Bake shrimp in 350 degree F oven 10 - 15 min. Microwave fish or shrimp, covered on High (100% power) 3 - 5 min. per lb. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Tip: Combine 1/2 cup Cooking Sauce with 1/4-cup plain yogurt. Stir into 8 cups seafood pasta salad. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 3 months after opening.
